Create template from existing course

Save time and standardize quality by turning any course into a reusable template. With just a few clicks, authorized users can generate a template directly from within the course they’re working on. The process captures essential elements like the course title, description, tags, and images.

The system automatically generates a backup of the course and links it to a live preview, so templates are ready to use or share instantly.

To prevent redundancy, the system alerts users if a template for the same course already exists.

Templates are private by default, but can later be shared or made public – depending on access settings (see Template access restriction for more details on access control).
