Technical support
If you encounter any issues with one of our plugins, please send us an email to support@bdecent.de with the following information:
- Which plugin are you using? (e.g. Video Time Pro)
- Which version of the plugin are you using? (e.g. 1.8.2)
- Which Moodle version are you using? (e.g. Moodle 4.3)
- Please describe your issue as detailled as possible.
- How can we reproduce the issue?
- If you are not using Boost (or Boost Union) as theme, please test if the issue remains if you temporarily switch to Boost (learn how).
- Please add screenshots or a loom if possible.
If it is a general bug, it would be great if you could create an issue in the official bug tracker of the plugin.
Frequently asked questions
Ordering and invoicing
If your cart contains a paid product, your order will be processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.:
- After you click on „Place order“, Paddle will provide a checkout form. You can find the terms of conditions of Paddle here.
- In the form, you will be able to enter your billing details. If you have a VAT ID, you can enter it there, too.
- Before any payment is made, you’ll be able to see the final price (incl. tax) depending on what you entered previously.
- After the payment is successful, you will receive an email from Paddle with your receipt. This mail also includes a link where you can edit and download your invoice.
- You will also receive an email from us with an overview of your order from us and an additional email with your password to access the “My account” area (only for new customers without an account).
- In the “My account” area, you can view and manage your orders and subscriptions.
- If your orders/subscriptions contain downloadable products, these can be obtained on the order/subscription page or on the “Downloads” page.
- If you sign up for a subscription, please be aware that subscriptions re-new automatically. If you do not want to re-new your subscription, please cancel it in the “My account” area before the renewal date. After you cancel a subscription, you will still have access to support and updates of the product until the subscription expires.
Need a quote?
Please contact us if you need a quote and/or cannot pay using credit card and provide the following information:
- Product(s) (e.g. Pulse Pro and Dash Premium)
- Billing address
- VAT ID (if applicable)
- Contact person
- LMS platform (Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, Totara TXP) and version (e.g. Moodle LMS 4.4 or Totara 18)
Please note that the minimum value for a custom quote is 500€ (i.e. either a multi-year license or multiple products).
