Technical support

If you encounter any issues with one of our plugins, please send us an email to support@bdecent.de with the following information:

  • Which plugin are you using? (e.g. Video Time Pro)
  • Which Moodle version are you using? (e.g. Moodle 4.3)
  • Please describe your issue as detailled as possible.
  • How can we reproduce the issue?
  • If you are not using Boost (or Boost Union) as theme, please test if the issue remains if you temporarily switch to Boost (learn how).
  • Please add screenshots or a loom if possible.

If it is a general bug, it would be great if you could create an issue in the official bug tracker of the plugin.
