Great for media-heavy courses, this compact preview keeps the course page clean while inviting learners to start the video. Learners can see key information like the video title and duration at a glance, and launch the player only when needed — ideal for reducing visual clutter in long or resource-rich course sections. Course layouts can be customized by defining how many videos are displayed per row (1–4) and by adjusting the size of the preview images.
The preview can be used with both Vimeo-hosted videos and the built-in VideoJS player.
Optionally showing or hiding the play button is currently available for Vimeo only.

Here, the first video is set as a full-width video with a player button. Users can see their watch progress as an indicator directly in the preview.
The next videos are set to a smaller size and displayed in two columns.

In this example, the videos are displayed in three columns without a player button.
