Fallback for empty courses for students and teachers
How?
Add a site-wide instruction for students and teachers in your general settings (which can be adjusted on a per course basis), explaining them what to do if the course is still empty. The teacher’s contact details are automatically displayed if the admin has assigned the teacher to the course.
Why?
Student view: Instead of an empty skeleton of topics, students see a nice layout instead with basic information. The student can contact his/her teacher if he/she has previously been assigned to the course by the admin.
Teacher view: Teachers can be asked to complete the course. Further information or help with course creation can be provided via links or videos.
