Automation engine feature
With suppression by course completion, notifications are automatically prevented from being sent once a user has completed a course. This eliminates redundant messaging and ensures that students only receive notifications that are relevant to their progress.
This feature is particularly useful for scenarios where notifications are set up as periodic reminders to encourage course engagement. If a student completes the course before a scheduled reminder, the notification will be suppressed, avoiding unnecessary communication.
Starting with Pulse 2.3, suppression by course completion has been added as a suppression criterion, ensuring that students receive timely and meaningful notifications.
