Automation engine feature

The automation engine provides a detailed overview of all scheduled and completed credit allocations. It contains a user-specific breakdown of past and upcoming credit allocations per instance, including detailed information such as course, user, instance, amount, time created, scheduled time, allocated time, status, and method.

For deeper insights, the report data source is also available as a custom report through Moodle’s Report Builder, enabling advanced filtering, sorting, and analysis of credit allocation actions. This allows precise tracking and optimization of your credit automation workflows.

This report shows one action allocated and three more scheduled for the next day.
