The automation engine provides a detailed overview of all scheduled and sent notifications. By clicking on the calendar icon, you can view a user-specific breakdown of past and upcoming notifications per instance.

For deeper insights, the report data source is also available as a custom report, allowing you to analyze past and future notification actions with advanced filtering options. This enables precise tracking and optimization of your automation workflows.

In this example, the report displays all notifications that have already been sent. There are no further ones scheduled.
