Media Time offers three repository levels, each serving a different purpose:

Site Repository: Store global content such as company-wide tutorials, institutional videos, or resources relevant to all users.

Category Repository: Organize videos by organizational unit, department, or study program — making it easy to share media within specific groups.

Course Repository: Allow teachers to upload videos that are only visible within their course. Depending on permissions, even students can upload videos here in a secure, course-specific environment. Media Time supports course groups, i.e. you can share videos with specific groups.
