Video Time stats

The Video Time stats datasource offers administrators a comprehensive overview of all Video Time activities within the LMS, providing extensive customization options for tailoring the displayed information. Upon selecting this category, admins can enable or disable specific data fields related to Video Time, as well as the superordinate data field “Course,” ensuring a granular level of control.

For instance, administrators can choose to display details such as activity name, ID number, total views, video creation date, completion on view time, or completion on watch percentage, offering insights into user engagement with video content. Additionally, course-specific information such as course full name, course image, course semester, and more can be included, providing context to the Video Time stats data.

Admins have the flexibility to enable various filter options such as category, course, promotion, or tags, streamlining data retrieval for users. Moreover, data can be limited based on conditions such as current course context, specific courses or course categories, as well as to specific tags, ensuring enhanced data relevance.

For example, with these options, admins can:

Generate an overview of all video time activities present in a student’s enrolled courses, facilitating insights into individual video engagement.
Create a curated playlist of videos for an entire course category, optimizing content delivery for specific learning objectives.
