Unlike typical user profile restrictions, this feature allows teachers to manage credits directly without requiring profile editing permissions.

Each manual adjustment can include an internal note, so you can document the reason for the override — ensuring transparency and easy tracking of manual credit changes over time.

In addition, you can override upcoming credit automations, allowing you to modify scheduled credit distributions when necessary. All subsequent automated distributions will then use the updated value.

With this feature, credit management becomes truly dynamic — offering complete control both within and beyond automated workflows.
