Pulse activity feature
Credits can be awarded through Pulse activities, based on course progress, activity completion, or custom conditions. They serve as a simple and motivating way to recognise learner engagement and achievements.
Since a custom profile field for credits is already defined, the Pulse activity includes a “Credit score” option in the Actions section, allowing course creators to assign credits to students directly. This setup can also be used to restrict access to Pulse based on activity completion — once a student completes the required activity, they gain access to the Pulse module and receive their credits.
Define a custom profile field called ‘credits’. Afterwards, course creators can assign a credit score to a Pulse activity.
