Pulse activity feature

This completion criterion can be used to either get approval by course or user context roles, for example the teacher of the course, the parent of the child or the line manager of the course. Teachers/parents/managers can give their approval in a very simple and intuitive way making it ideal for structured learning paths and compliance-based training.

This feature is particularly useful in scenarios where verification or quality control is required before an activity is considered complete, such as:

Instructor approval: A teacher verifies submitted assignments, projects, or practical tasks.
Parental confirmation: Parents confirm completion of learning activities for younger students.
Managerial review: Line managers approve workplace training modules before employees progress.

It also supports:

Groups: Non-editing teachers can only approve students in their assigned groups.
User context roles: Parents can approve for their children, and managers can approve for their employees.
