The availability of a campaign can be controlled in several ways.
Admins can set a maximum limit on the number of users allowed to register through a campaign.
Campaigns can be marked as either active or archived, with status indicators providing clarity. A visibility setting allows campaigns to be hidden, for instance, when they are still in progress.
Admins can also define start and end dates to control when the campaign is available.
For added security, an optional password field can be enabled, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the campaign. The password can also be passed via a URL parameter, allowing users to bypass manual entry.
Configure the availability of your campaign according to your needs. In this example, we have only 15 spots available, and the campaign is open for a limited time.
If a campaign password is set, it must be entered first before accessing the registration form.
Please note that when you access the link via the campaign’s link icon, the password is directly integrated into a token within it. No password needs to be entered with this link.
This is useful when the link should be distributed to specific individuals without a password while also allowing public access to the same campaign (in which case a password would be required).
Depending on your use case, you may need to remove the token from the link.
