Automation instances can be generated within pre-existing automation templates, allowing for efficient organization and oversight. Users can effectively manage instance lists with sorting options, enabling comprehensive control over each instance.

Key management features include:

Editing – Modify instance settings as needed.
Duplication – Quickly create new instances based on existing ones.
Viewing Reports – Access insights and performance data for each instance.
Visibility Control – Adjust instance availability as required.
Instance Deletion – Remove outdated or unnecessary instances.

With these capabilities, instance management ensures flexible, scalable, and efficient automation across courses.
