Automation engine feature
Automation templates serve as the foundation for scalable and reusable automations in Pulse Pro 2.0. Created globally by users with the appropriate permissions, these templates are independent of specific courses and do not perform actions themselves. Instead, they define automation conditions and actions, ensuring consistency across multiple instances.
The ‘Manage Automation Templates’ interface provides comprehensive control over all automation templates. Users can:
- Create new templates – Define structured automation processes from scratch.
- Organize templates efficiently – Use sorting and course category-based filtering for better management.
- Control visibility and status – Adjust availability and activation settings for each template.
- Edit existing templates – Modify template settings to align with evolving automation needs.
By maintaining a centralized repository of automation templates, admins can streamline the automation process, ensuring consistency and scalability across courses while providing flexibility through automation instances.
